Andy Katzman

Andy Katzman is a partner in The Bridgespan Group’s New York office. Since joining Bridgespan in 2016, Andy has worked with a number of nonprofits, foundations and philanthropic collaboratives including Blue Meridian Partners, The MacArthur Foundation, Lever for Change, Iconiq Impact, the Center for Employment Opportunities, Common Sense Media and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Much of his work has focused on building new platforms to direct philanthropic capital as well as the role technology can play in social sector organizations.

Prior to Bridgespan, Andy spent eight years in the technology sector as a business development and sales executive. Most recently, he ran the mobile gaming vertical for Twitter and TapCommerce. Prior to TapCommerce, Andy led gaming and ecommerce partnerships at Facebook and was Chief of Staff to the head of business development at Yahoo. Before working in the technology sector, Andy spent five years at McKinsey & Company, where he led client service teams to develop business strategies for large multinational corporations, state governments, and nonprofit organizations. In addition, he previously served as a Press Secretary for NY Senator Charles E. Schumer.

Andy has an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA cum laude in Economics from Yale University.
