Reilly Kiernan

Manager
Reilly Kiernan is a manager in The Bridgespan Group’s Boston office. Her work focuses on poverty and economic opportunity and the intersection between the nonprofit and public sectors. She brings an interest in systems change and a commitment to equity. Her work has spanned domains, including place-based change, education, public health, and advocacy, working with both nonprofit and philanthropy clients.

Reilly has co-authored several Bridgespan publications, including contributing to a body of knowledge on opportunities to invest to increase social mobility in the United States “‘Billion Dollar Bets’ to Improve the Performance of Social Service Programs,” and “'Billion Dollar Bets' to Establish Pathways to Careers” and on barriers to deeper collaboration among nonprofit organizations, “Making Sense of Nonprofit Collaborations.”
Reilly started her career at the Bridgespan Group as an associate consultant, following a fellowship at the Foundation Center, and she also brings experience working in city government and in policy research and impact investing.

Reilly holds an AB in Sociology with certificates in American Studies and Urban Studies from Princeton University, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa/Summa Cum Laude. She also holds a joint MPP/MBA from Harvard Kennedy School and Harvard Business School, where she was a George F. Baker Scholar (top 5% of graduating class).

Reilly is an avid distance runner and two-time qualifier for the Olympic Trials in the marathon.
